I’ve been fasting for the past three days now. And I stepped on the scale today: 4 pounds lost! I’m so happy! Only eating 500 calories tomorrow.

Some Weight Lost

FINALLY! I lost the two pounds I’d gained. And I’m proud for fasting all day. Planning to make it day #2 tomorrow.

Great Day So Far

Breakfast: 1 packet of grits (100 calories)
1 piece of turkey bacon (25 calories)
1/2 cup of strawberries (10 calories)
Total: 135 calories

Lunch: 1 piece of tilapia (70 calories)
1 cup of string beans (40 calories)
7 carrots (18 calories)
Total: 128 calories

Weight For The Day

I just weighed myself and I gained 2 pounds! From 115 to 117. Not going to eat all day tomorrow. Wish me luck.
